Good afternoon Resident We have been using Met Engage for over a year now and are looking forward to 2027 in how we, as a borough, deliver messages to our communities. This could be on a bespoke local level, or wider, on an entire borough basis. With this in mind, could you let me know what you like / dislike about this system, and any thoughts you have in regards to the communication we put out to you, our residents. I will be collating everyone's answers and thoughts to feed back to the managing team, so that we can make sure we are delivering the right messaging through to you.
